this free appy tracks your runs on gmaps and shows you your average pace and current pace. the only downfall- you have to run with your phone. i put mine in a plastic bag since I knew id be a sweaty beast in this humidity and am trying to not kill my phone (my coworkers laughed at me cause i keep it in a case, in a sock, in my bag...) it was a little awkward to run with but not bad!
what was bad was how dead i was after 4 miles! cannot run in the heatttt. (pace was better though)

(i also don't think that calorie count is very accurate- i usually just assume 100 cals per mile)
