
put one can Goya coconut water (I like goyas because it has chunks of coconut in it), one tablespoon lime juice, and half a tablespoon of chili paste (or chili flakes) in a large pot. bring to a boil. add cleaned mussels, cover, and let cook for 4-6 minutes or until shells open.
